West Erie Realty Solutions, Ltd (WE) is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio with three (3) additional offices in Columbus, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan. WE is a stand-alone, turnkey acquisition firm dedicated to providing the entire spectrum of acquisition services to its growing list of public and private clients. WE has assembled project managers and key staff who are prequalified by the State’s Department of Transportation to meet the needs of all stakeholders on a project. Our services to State and Local agencies include public meeting involvement, project management, appraisal, appraisal review, title research, negotiations, relocation assistance, relocation assistance review, closings and property management. Our core personnel have multiple prequalification’s which allow for a more comprehensive understanding of a project’s needs with rapid attention given to the various components of those projects without having to outsource to multiple sub-consultants. In essence, our firm transitions from one task to another efficiently to meet the critical timeframes of the project. WE holds multiple State and Local Task Order contracts in Ohio and Michigan. Over the last 9 years, on those contracts, WE has provided acquisition and/or appraisal services on more than 1,000 projects ranging in size from 1 parcel to 200+ parcels. 

For the private sector, WE has completed turnkey acquisition services on a number of projects for new development, expansion and land assemblage to attract new industry that needs large tracts of vacant land. A few past projects include: acquisition of 200+ parcels for the (NCGT) Natural Gas Pipeline Project to serve the Oregon Clean Energy Power Plant in Oregon, Ohio;  acquisition and relocation of 20+ parcels on the Briarfield Blvd. Extension Project to provide public roadway access to the new Anderson’s World Headquarters in Maumee, Ohio; acquisition and relocation of 15+ of properties for the Jeep Wrangler Assembly Plant Expansion in Toledo, Ohio; and acquisition for a waterline from 30+ parcels to service the new Promedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital in Lenawee County, Michigan.
