Todd is WE’s Director of Economic Development focusing on the implementation of strategies for local units of government to attract capital investment and create new jobs. His career spans 30 years where his focus has been in economic development, commercial real estate and B2B sales and marketing.

Over the last 10 years Todd has been involved and directed a myriad of projects for communities that have included land acquisition, asset divestment, project development, community marketing and branding and attraction strategy development. 

Additionally, he has significant private sector experience in corporate site selection, real estate acquisition and negotiations. 

Todd is a graduate of the University of Toledo, College of Business, and holds his real estate license in the states of Ohio and Michigan.
