Michael Hamilton is a Realty Specialist with WE and manages communication with property owners impacted by road improvement projects. He has been in the right-of-way industry for 4 years, which has

exposed him to a variety projects. Michael is pre-qualified through ODOT to perform title research, negotiations, and closings, and he is currently working toward becoming pre-qualified in Project Management and Relocation.

Michael is passionate about both marketing WE’s consultant services to existing and prospective clients and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the right-of-way acquisition process.
